This page describes the calls and text messages Vera Home sends to the mobile number a contractor verifies while claiming a listing, and how to control them.
What you'll receive
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box during claiming, you agree to receive:
- A one-time verification code, by text, to complete your claim
- Account and listing-related calls or texts, including verification, re-verification, and status updates — which may be placed by an automated dialer or an AI-generated voice, not only by a live person
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. This isn’t a marketing subscription — it’s tied to managing your listing.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan. Vera Home doesn’t charge separately for these messages or calls.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out of future texts. Reply HELP for help. To opt out of calls, or if you have trouble opting out by text, contact support@verahome.pro. Opting out of verification texts may affect your ability to complete or maintain a claimed listing, since that’s currently how we deliver verification codes.
Carriers
Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers or devices are guaranteed to be supported.
